These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sellbox e-menu and e-pos platform ("Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Tepbuphata Kim ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as Sellbox.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "Platform" refers to Sellbox's e-menu and e-pos software-as-a-service platform
  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using our Platform
  • "Merchant" refers to businesses or individuals who create and manage stores on our Platform
  • "Content" includes text, images, menus, products, and other materials uploaded to the Platform
  • "Subscription" refers to paid access to Platform features

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Platform Usage and Restrictions

Our Platform enables digital menu and e-pos store management. You agree to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Not upload malicious code or harmful content
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date store information
  • Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to certain Platform features requires a paid subscription. Payment terms:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Payments must be made using approved payment methods
  • Fees are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership and rights regarding Platform content:

  • The Platform and its original content are owned by Tepbuphata Kim
  • Merchants retain ownership of their uploaded content
  • You grant us a license to display and process your content
  • Our trademarks and brand features are protected
  • You may not use our intellectual property without permission

7. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant using our Platform, you are responsible for:

  • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accuracy of store information and pricing
  • Quality of products and services offered
  • Customer service and dispute resolution
  • Proper handling of customer data and privacy
  • Tax obligations and financial reporting

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties
  • We are not liable for merchant products or services
  • We are not responsible for business losses or damages
  • Our liability is limited to subscription fees paid
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service

9. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Platform. We may:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
  • Modify or discontinue services with notice
  • Update these Terms at our discretion
  • Retain data as required by law after termination
